Billing questions
Does the free trial need a card?
Yes. Pro starts with a 14-day trial that includes Gmail connect, and Stripe asks for a card at checkout. You are charged when the trial ends, not before.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the dashboard and choose Manage billing. You can cancel there at any time, with no email to write. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and a trial cancelled before it ends is not charged.
What happens to my data on Free?
Reports are stored for 25 months whatever the plan. The plan decides how much history you can see and how many domains are shown, so an upgrade unlocks older reports at once.
Who sees my card?
Stripe collects and holds it. DNS Autopilot never sees the number.
